Introduction
The user interface may differ depending on your application version, but the functionality is the same.
Through AXIS Camera Station mobile app, you can connect to your AXIS Camera Station server and access live view and recordings on your mobile device from anywhere. You can also export recordings and receive real-time notifications.

Download AXIS Camera Station mobile app
Connect to AXIS Camera Station server
Through the AXIS Camera Station mobile app, you can connect to:
A single server installed on the local network
Multiple servers through Axis Secure Remote Access
Connect to Secure Remote Access systems
Connect to local and port mapped systems
Set up notifications
Set up an action rule on the server
Receive notifications from local and port mapped systems
Receive notifications from Secure Remote Access systems
Access control
With access control, you can manage doors from the AXIS Camera Station Pro Windows client or from the mobile app. Only administrators have access to access control in the mobile app.
With a door configured in a split view, you can:
Open the door for visitors.
Activate a lockdown.
Receive notifications when someone opens or closes a door.
Receive alarms, for example, when a door is open for too long, or opened by force.
To perform a door action:
Go to views.
Open the split view with the door you want to perform an action on.
Select one of the actions.

| Resume schedule | To return the door to the configured system rules, click Resume schedule. |
| Grant access | To manually grant access, click Grant access. This unlocks the door in the same way it would if someone presented their credentials, which normally means it automatically locks after a set time. |
| Unlock | To manually unlock the door, click Unlock. The door stays unlocked until you manually lock it again. |
| Lock | To manually lock the door, click Lock. |
| Lockdown | To prevent access to the door, click Lockdown. |
The AXIS Camera Station Pro server saves all actions and makes them available in the data search log.
You can also perform these actions from the Doors tab in the mobile app, on a single door or on an entire zone at once.
